Estun Codroid C05-L

描述

The C05-L puts the Estun Codroid torso on an autonomous chassis. The company calls it a full-scenario flexible robot: the same two 7-degree-of-freedom arms and sensor head as the C05-U, but instead of a castered pedestal it rides a laser-SLAM base that drives itself between workstations. The chassis measures 810 x 545 x 228 mm, turns within an 840 mm circle and needs 685 mm of clearance to pass, with 25 mm of ground clearance. It navigates on two lidars to plus or minus 5 mm of position and 5 degrees of heading, travels at up to 1.5 m/s, and runs about 6 hours on a 65 Ah battery, charged manually. Above the chassis the robot is the familiar one: 138 to 168 cm to the top of the head, 32 kg excluding the base, arms carrying 5 kg each excluding the hand at seven degrees of freedom, a head of about 2 kg with manual pitch and optional rotary joints, and optional five-finger hands. Power is 220 V 10 A, peak 1,500 W, and the back panel carries three Ethernet ports, HDMI, two USB 3.0 and an emergency stop. The combination is aimed at work that will not stay in one place: feeding several machines in turn, moving parts between cells, and picking in flexible manufacturing lines.
