The Scuba X1 is the essential machine in Aiper's X1 line, and its distinguishing feature is filtration: it was the first pool robot to ship Aiper's replaceable MicroMesh ultra-fine filter, which uses hydrophilic fibres to capture particles down to 3 microns. That matters because standard pool-robot filters pass exactly the debris that clouds water - algae carried in on wind, rain and swimwear, dust blown in through the season, and fine sand leaking from sand filters. The X1 ships with two filter options: a standard element for routine cleaning with leaves and twigs, and the 3-micron MicroMesh for fine dust and algae in low-debris pools. It captures up to 5 L of debris in a cleaning cycle. Suction is 6,600 GPH. WavePath 3.0 provides several route patterns matched to different pool shapes across five cleaning modes, OmniSense ultrasonic sensors detect obstacles in advance and slow the robot to protect both the pool and the machine, and WaveLine 2.0 provides horizontal waterline cleaning.
