The Technolab 'Research Level' educational robotics module is Examen-Technolab's platform for in-depth study of robotics and engineering research, with software, sensor modules, construction tools and teaching materials. Its basic set holds 120 plastic plates and brackets, transparent body parts, 18 servo drives (32 x 50 x 40 mm, 470 rpm continuous or 54 rpm in servo mode, 300-degree range at 0.29-degree resolution, controlled over a TTL bus with feedback), two IR sensors, an IR range finder, a two-axis gyroscope (+/-300 deg/s), an IR remote control with 10 programmable buttons and an IR transmitter, a control controller with 6 buttons, 6 LEDs, a microphone, a supply-level sensor, 6 digital/analogue ports and 5 TTL-bus ports, and an 11 V, 1,000 mAh battery with charger.
