The PHYBOT D1 is the odd one out in the company's range and the most quietly radical: a four-wheeled legged carrier that PHYBOT bills as a dual-purpose machine for both cargo and passengers. The numbers behind that claim are the reason it stands out — 500 kg maximum total load and 210 kg sustained while walking, from a machine that itself weighs 130 kg. It moves faster than most things carrying that much, at over 6 m/s unloaded and still over 4 m/s at full load, and its wheel-on-leg configuration lets it take 45-degree slopes and step onto 85 cm platforms rather than routing around them. Power comes from twelve PhyArc 150 joint modules peaking at 830 N·m, fed by dual 18 Ah packs on a 72 V bus, and the legs fold to bring overall height down from 671 mm to 421 mm for transport. An open universal base interface takes expansion modules, so the same chassis carries a cargo box in a warehouse, a sensor mast down a mine tunnel or a tool package on a construction site — and PHYBOT states it can be adapted for explosion-proof, waterproof and dust-proof duty with KA and MA certification for underground mining work.
