Jaguar V2 is Dr Robot's original rugged tracked platform for indoor and outdoor work that needs robust manoeuvrability. Two articulated track arms (synchronised as standard, optionally independent) help it climb slopes over 45 degrees, stairs and 200 mm steps, traverse 260 mm gaps and right itself after flipping over; its sealed, weather- and water-resistant, shock-resistant chassis survives a 900 mm drop onto concrete and works from -30 to +40 C at up to 5 km/h. It is fully 802.11n wireless, with a 5 Hz GPS and 9-DOF IMU for autonomous navigation, a 640 x 480 colour camera with audio, headlights and an optional laser scanner. A ready-to-use control and navigation application, gamepad control with an optional head-mounted display or NVIDIA Shield controller, and a full SDK with sample code for Microsoft Robotics Studio, Visual Studio, ROS, NI LabVIEW, MATLAB and Java are supplied. A 22.2 V 10 Ah LiPo battery gives 2 hours nominal (optional 4), and it carries 15 kg or drags 50 kg on flat ground.
