The Composite Robot is iSAGEBOT's mobile base with a collaborative arm on top — what the company calls hand-eye-foot-brain coordination. It combines mobility, grasping and transfer in one machine, with a 20 kg rated load at the cobot tip, visual positioning accurate to 0.5 mm and navigation to 5 mm. iSAGEBOT claims one unit replaces two workers per shift and enables round-the-clock unmanned operation, improving efficiency by up to 60 percent. It is 800 by 600 by 750 mm and weighs 250 kg, moves at up to 1.5 m/s and runs on a 40 Ah battery, communicating over 4G, 5G or Wi-Fi. Its selling point operationally is that it needs no environmental modification: SLAM navigation means it deploys into existing facilities rather than requiring them to be rebuilt around it. Various grippers can be fitted for confined-space picking and placing.
