H20 is Dr Robot's wireless networked autonomous humanoid mobile robot, built on its i90 robot base with a 12-inch touchscreen tablet on its chest, two large Hawk arms and an animated Hawk head. Each arm has 6 joints plus a 2-DOF gripper, reaching 60 cm and lifting 800 g (optionally 1 kg), and the 6-DOF head carries dual 640 x 480 colour cameras alongside a 10x pan-tilt-zoom camera; the robot stands 1.4 m tall and measures 43 x 38 x 140 cm. A vision-landmark indoor GPS gives precise position and heading across the floor for collision-free point-to-point navigation, backed by 5 sonar and 10 infrared range sensors, and it returns to an auto-docking recharging station. It drives at up to 0.75 m/s, weighs 24 kg with a 40 kg payload (optional 80 kg), runs 2 hours per charge (4 or 8 hours with battery upgrades), supports teleoperation over 802.11g and OS-independent development tools, and is offered as an autonomous tour guide or receptionist for showrooms, trade shows and museums and as a research platform.
