The D071 is Sevnce's explosion-proof tracked inspection robot (Ex IIB T4 Gb, IP66). Its track system copes with harder ground than wheels, and the large footprint and special tread pattern suit extreme cold, rain and snow, slippery surfaces and mountainous terrain; modular, independent sensing and control units keep it running reliably. Twin-track drive moves it at up to 1.4 m/s with a 2.42 m turning diameter; it climbs 30-degree slopes and 15 cm obstacles, wades 12 cm, navigates by laser to +/-5 cm and runs up to three hours with up to five-hour charging between -25 and 60 C. It measures up to 1,420 x 900 x 1,120 mm and 550 kg. Standard functions include autonomous inspection, obstacle avoidance, remote control, video monitoring, offline inspection, sound-and-light alarm, auxiliary lighting, autonomous charging, two-way voice and one-key return, with options for laser telemetry, acoustic imaging, voiceprint and noise detection and BeiDou navigation.
