The Barn-E PRO is JOZ's most powerful manure robot, built for cubicle barns with solid floors such as element or rubber floors and for tough conditions. Rather than pushing manure ahead of it, it gathers manure with a push and slide bar, lifts it with a rotating intake into its onboard container and then drives to the discharge point to empty it, so waiting areas and wide manure alleys are no problem. It copes with straw cut up to 6 cm, sawdust, chopped rapeseed straw and deep litter. It drives autonomously along an unlimited number of routes taught once, at a deliberately cow-friendly 6.5 m per minute, keeps its distance from the cubicle edges and recharges automatically at the charging station at the discharge point. The standard version has a 155 cm push width, 350 litres of manure capacity and weighs 625 kg empty; an extra-wide 185 cm version carries 500 litres. At 68 cm high it passes under 70 cm barn gates, and it runs about 11 hours a day, covering about 550 m2 (700 m2 extra wide) with two-hourly cleaning.
