不适用的情况——咨询前请先阅读
- Any route that goes outside, gets wet or crosses sills. Delivery robots have failed when wet or outdoors. Flat, dry and indoor — or not at all.
- A lift the robot cannot call. Without integration a person rides along, which is slower than sending the person. Confirm the lift make first.
- Reception, check-in and in-room voice assistants. Removed by the only operators to try them at scale; the failure modes are guest-facing.
- Expecting it to replace housekeeping. Corridor robots redeploy staff time; rooms, edges and stairs stay manual.
- Small properties with few requests a day. Below roughly 100 rooms a delivery robot is likely to sit in its dock much of the day — and the lease runs either way. 证据有限
- Guests will do things you did not plan for. Wet towels in the compartment, photos in the corridor, curious children — plan for them.
