Motoman robot grinding and polishing an autoclave

This video shows a MOTOMAN robot from YASKAWA in a grinding and polishing application. The robot is mounted on a linear servo track that is programmed from the robot teach pendant and controlled from the robot controller. In addition the system is equipped with an automatic tool change facility so the robot can swap between a grinding tool and a polishing tool.
