ZEALS presents D1, a real compact humanoid developed in Japan for indoor workplaces facing labor shortages. The robot is about 129 cm tall and 50 cm wide, moves on wheels rather than two legs so it will not fall on people, and is meant for tight hospital, factory, and service spaces. Company leadership explains the safety-first design and the goal of putting the robot to work alongside people in Japan.
