DESCRIPTION
X5 is an Industrial-Robot from Sevnce Robotics. It is built for Inspection, Patrol, Explosion-proof inspection and emergency robotics. Key figures: 125 kg, 120 min runtime, 30 kg payload, 18 degrees of freedom.
The X5 is Sevnce's explosion-proof quadruped robot (Ex IIB T4 Gb, IP66) for unmanned reconnaissance and patrol inspection in oil, chemical, natural-gas, steel and liquor plants and in desert, forest, mountain and gobi terrain. Its aerospace-grade alloy shell keeps it light yet strong, and a wheel-legged locomotion system with new motion-control algorithms lets it roll efficiently on flat ground and switch to a legged gait for stairs, pipe-gallery ramps and potholes. The robot measures up to 1,200 x 750 x 950 mm, weighs up to 125 kg with 16+2 degrees of freedom, carries 30 kg, walks at up to 2.0 m/s, climbs 30-degree slopes and 20 cm steps, crosses 40 cm obstacles and wades 15 cm of water between -20 and 60 C. It navigates by laser SLAM with IMU and visual positioning to +/-5 cm, runs at least two hours and recharges itself in up to three hours, with edge computing, voice interaction, video monitoring, self-check, fault diagnosis, one-key return and offline inspection.
