DESCRIPTION

VMS V310 is an Agricultural-Robots from DeLaval. It is built for Agriculture, Service, Automated dairy milking plus heat detection and pregnancy confirmation.

The DeLaval VMS V310 is the reproduction-management version of DeLaval's VMS V300 robotic milking system. It keeps the V300's voluntary milking box, InSight-guided robotic arm, PureFlow teat preparation and InControl interface, and adds DeLaval RePro: a biosensor that automatically takes milk samples during regular milking and measures progesterone. From those readings DeLaval's BioModels work out each cow's reproductive status, so the robot can flag heats - including silent heats - confirm pregnancies, detect abnormal cycles and early abortions, and send task lists for insemination and checks to the DelPro apps. DeLaval pitches it as a way to cut vet and insemination costs and keep cows in productive lactations without manual scanning.

FEATURES

  • DeLaval RePro progesterone biosensor: automatic milk sampling during milking
  • Automatic pregnancy checks
  • heat and silent-heat detection
  • abnormal-cycle and early-abortion alerts
  • Reproduction task lists (insemination, pregnancy checks) in DelPro / DeLaval Plus
  • Voluntary robotic milking box: cow enters for milking at her own time
  • automatic milking permission and identification
  • DeLaval InSight vision with a single robotic arm: cleaning, preparing, treating, cup attachment and teat spraying (two spray nozzles)
  • DeLaval PureFlow transparent teat-preparation cup: individual teat cleaning and stimulation, pre-milk separated to waste
  • Flow-Responsive Milking (2025 model) and real quarter milking with smart take-off
  • DeLaval InControl touch interface and remote app: routines, cow data, throughput statistics, live cameras
  • Options: Milk Cell Analysis (somatic cell count), Milk Solids Analysis (fat/protein/lactose), Body Condition Scoring (ToF camera)
  • Free, guided (milk-first/feed-first) or batch cow traffic
  • larger box for a wider range of breeds
  • Integrates with DeLaval DelPro / DeLaval Plus herd management
  • DeLaval-reported results (best 500 farms): 2.2 kg/min harvest rate
  • 14.5 kg per milking at 2.5 milkings/day
  • 2,658 kg/day per robot
