The TMR-1500 is TecnoFerrari's autonomous mobile robot for moving materials and load units of up to 1,500 kg around dynamic industrial sites. It navigates without fixed infrastructure such as rails or guides, using LiDAR, machine vision, 3D sensors and SLAM navigation, so routes can change as production and logistics needs change, and it is designed to work safely alongside people and other automated systems. It uses differential-drive traction with two driven wheels and four castors, runs on a 48 V, 50 Ah LiPo battery, reaches up to 1.5 m/s with controlled acceleration of up to 0.4 m/s2, and is protected by two safety laser scanners plus warning lights and audible signals. Top modules such as roller conveyors, chain conveyors, lifting decks or custom handling equipment can be fitted, and it supports the VDA 5050 interface for integration with other fleets and TecnoFerrari's supervisor software. The same TMR line is offered for ceramic and slab plants to move pallets and semi-finished goods.
