Techno Take Out Robot is an Industrial-Robot from Technorobotic Machines. It is built for Machine-Tending, Packaging, Pick-and-place. Key figures: 2 degrees of freedom.

The Techno Take Out series are two-axis robots from Technorobotic Machines that unload PET bottles from ASB injection stretch blow moulding machines. The robot picks a full row of bottles directly from the machine's mandrel at the unloading stage and places them on a conveyor, which carries them to the packing machine, so bottles reach packing without being handled by workers. Both arm movements, along the X and Y axes, are servo driven to avoid losing cycle time, and a rack-and-gear system transfers the motion. The machine has a heavy frame, a parameter-setting interface and a compact design to save floor space; the conveyor is ordered separately. Three models match specific ASB machines. The Take Out 2D 50 fits the ASB-50MB/12M and measures 750 x 750 x 1,800 mm, about 500 kg and 1.0 kW. The 2D 70H fits the ASB-70DPH (1,200 x 500 x 2,000 mm, about 400 kg, 2.0 kW), and the 2D 70W fits the ASB-70DPW (1,550 x 500 x 2,050 mm, about 500 kg, 2.0 kW). All run on 220 V AC single phase.
