GEBHARDT StoreBiter OPS one-pallet channel shuttle

DESCRIPTION

StoreBiter OPS is an Industrial-Robot from GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group. It is built for Intralogistics, Pallet-Transportation, Inventory.

The StoreBiter OPS is GEBHARDT's pallet shuttle for multi-deep channel storage of pallets and wire crates. The shuttle is itself the load-handling device: it drives off a carrier vehicle - a stacker crane, transfer car or vertical conveyor - into the passive storage channel, lifts the pallet with its integrated lifting unit and brings it back, so channels can be any length and need no electrical installation. It is controlled by a PLC and powered by supercaps that recharge at stations on the carrier vehicle or in the channels, so it runs 24/7 without battery charging breaks. Warehouses can run LIFO or FIFO; KW automotive uses OPS at its Fichtenberg site.
