DESCRIPTION

SENAD iLoabot-M is a Mobile-Robots from Senad Digital Technology (iaxing) Co, Ltd.. It is built for Pick-and-place, Transport, Container and box truck unloading. Key figures: 1300 kg, 30 kg payload.

The iLoabot-M is built for what SENAD calls the last twenty metres of logistics — the inside of a shipping container or box truck, which remains one of the least automated and most physically punishing jobs in the supply chain because the work is unstructured, the space is confined and the temperature is whatever the cargo requires. It drives itself into the container on a tracked chassis chosen specifically for the gaps, steps and ramps at a loading dock, maps the interior with 3D LiDAR and vision, and then works a six-axis arm carrying a vacuum suction array to strip the load face. Suction is controlled independently across the array, which is what allows it to pick cases of different sizes cleanly rather than dragging or crushing them, and the built-in vacuum source means no external air line trails behind it. At 1,300 kg it handles cases from 150 mm to 600 mm on a side, arm payloads of 2 to 30 kg, and up to 400 cycles an hour around the clock. It works from -20 to 60 °C, which is the specification that matters most in practice: the same machine can empty a frozen container and a sun-baked one. Safety is layered for a space people also enter — 360-degree LiDAR dual obstacle avoidance, safety radar, warning lights, intelligent and manual emergency stops, and a gripper bumper with vacuum monitoring that flags a collision.

FEATURES

  • 1950 x 1270 x 2120 mm and 1300 kg
