DESCRIPTION

SA Series is a Cleaning-Robots from Sprint Autotech. It is built for Cleaning, Scheduling, Monitoring.

The SA Series are waterless solar panel cleaning robots from Sprint Autotech for utility and rooftop solar plants. The range has two lines: the SA-MF models wipe the modules with microfibre, while the SA-NB models sweep them with ultra-soft, UV-modified PBT bristles. Each line comes in three widths, -02, -04 and -06, sized for tables two, four or six modules long. The robot is fixed to side rails along the panel table and travels the length of the row on its own, removing dust and bird droppings without water. At each end of the row it returns to a docking station, where an automatic mechanism locks it in place. A 24 V, 25 Ah LiFePO4 battery is charged by an onboard solar panel in under four hours, and limit detection at both ends, overcurrent and short-circuit protection and an emergency stop button are built in. The electronics are rated IP65. Sprint Autotech states that a robot can clean up to 1 km of row in under an hour with about 95 percent cleaning efficiency, and that it works at up to 60 C and 100 percent humidity. The models weigh under 30, 42 and 55 kg respectively. Plant owners track battery, working hours and schedules in an app, and can buy the robots or rent them with maintenance included.
