DESCRIPTION

RK1000 is a Consumer-Robot from Robomow. It is built for Service, Autonomous lawn mowing (mulching) on residential lawns. Key figures: 50 min runtime, price £1,699, released 2021.

RK1000 is the entry model of Robomow's RK series, a wire-guided robotic lawn mower for gardens up to 1,000 m2. Brushless motors drive the wheels and blades, and a pendulum-suspended floating deck with offset blades follows uneven ground, cutting from 15 to 100 mm across a 21 cm width. High-traction wheels let it work on slopes of up to 45 %, and an edge mode mows beyond the wheel so borders need little trimming. Up to four sub-zones and two separate zones are set on the 4.3-inch colour touchscreen or in the Robomow app. It mows for 40-50 minutes per charge and recharges in one to two hours. Unlike the Pro version it ships with the installation kit - 225 m of boundary wire and 300 pegs - and has no GSM module. The RK series launched in spring 2021; the UK list price is GBP 1,699.
