DESCRIPTION
Raptor is an Industrial-Robot from E80 Group. It is built for Packaging, palletizing, Pallet labeling.
Raptor is E80 Group's robotic labeling system for pallets at the end of production lines or in distribution. An anthropomorphic robot arm prints and applies labels to pallets automatically, giving flexibility and high speed in a small footprint, and a camera checks that each label is applied correctly and that its barcode reads. An optional second printer makes the system redundant: it doubles operating autonomy and lets the label reel be changed automatically without stopping production, and reels are replaced from outside the perimeter guards. Raptor connects with E80's palletizers, Silkworm wrappers and laser-guided vehicles through the SM.I.LE80 software platform.
