DESCRIPTION

Posha is a Consumer-Robot from Posha. It is built for Dispensing, Food-Handling, Cooking. Key figures: 20 kg, price $1,500–$1,750.

Posha is a countertop cooking robot for home kitchens that prepares full meals from fresh ingredients. The user picks a recipe in the Posha app, chops and loads ingredients into four containers, fills the spice pods and the oil and water container, and the machine does the rest: it adds each ingredient at the right time, stirs with a motorised spatula arm and controls the heat of an induction surface under a stainless-steel pan. A camera above the pan feeds what the company calls Culinary AI, a computer-vision system that tracks the colour, texture, size and structure of the food and adjusts cooking time and heat as it goes. The library holds more than 1,000 recipes; the device comes with 50, and a Circle membership unlocks the rest. The unit is 405 mm high, 530 mm wide and 454 mm deep, weighs 20 kg on its own and runs from a standard 120 V household outlet. The pan, containers, spatulas and arm are dishwasher-safe. Posha lists it at US$1,750 with a limited-time price of US$1,500, ships only in the United States, and says the next batch ships in March 2027.
