DESCRIPTION
PANDO is an Industrial-Robot from Leju Robotics. It is built for Assembly, Research, Guiding. Key figures: released 2018.
PANDO is Leju's panda-shaped educational robot, positioned by the company as a step "from STEM education to A.I enlightenment". It is a small wheeled desktop machine rather than a humanoid: a rounded panda body on drive wheels, with an ultrasonic sensor set into the face, front and rear LED lighting, a line-tracking sensor underneath and a buzzer. It pairs over Bluetooth with a tablet app and works alongside construction blocks, so lessons can combine building with programming. Leju sells it into three settings: parent-and-child learning at home, STEAM teaching in the classroom, and maker competitions.
