DESCRIPTION
P20-R2000 is a Collaborative-Robot from Integra Robotics. It is built for Assembly, Machine-Tending, Material-Handling. Key figures: 60 kg, 20 kg payload, 2000 mm reach, 6 degrees of freedom.
The P20-R2000 is the largest six-axis collaborative robot in Integra Robotics' P series. It is built for heavy, long-reach jobs such as palletising, large-part assembly, end-of-line packing, machine tending and transfers between several stations in a cell. The arm carries up to 20 kg and reaches 2,000 mm, with a repeatability of 0.1 mm. It weighs 60 kg, draws about 500 W on average and up to 3,000 W at peak, and has 19-bit joint encoders, friction brakes, an IP54 rating and an Ethernet communication bus. It can be mounted on the floor, a wall or the ceiling. Like the rest of the series it is designed in Bengaluru and sold with a first-year maintenance contract, local spare parts and technical support, with vision systems, end-of-arm tools and teach pendants available as accessories.
