DESCRIPTION

Nosh is a Consumer-Robot from Euphotic Labs. It is built for Dispensing, Food-Handling, Cooking. Key figures: 33 kg, price 89,999 INR.

Nosh is an automatic countertop cooking robot from Euphotic Labs (Nosh Robotics) for Indian home cooking. The user loads chopped ingredients into a five-compartment tray, fills an eight-box spice tray and the water and oil containers, then picks a recipe in the Nosh app. The machine adds each ingredient, spice, water and oil at the right stage, stirs with a motorised stirrer and cooks on a 2,000 W induction heater. A camera inside the cooking chamber watches the pan, so the user can follow the cooking on a live stream, and the AI adjusts heat and timing to avoid burning. Salt, spice and oil levels can be changed per recipe, and the company says the system learns household preferences. The spice dispenser, stirrer and ingredient dispenser are covered by Indian patents. The India product page lists dimensions of 525 x 460 x 550 mm, a weight of about 33 kg, 100 ml spice boxes, 1,800 ml of water and 900 ml of oil, four servings per cook, Wi-Fi on 2.4 and 5 GHz and 110 V or 220 V power. In India it sells for Rs 89,999 with a warranty of up to two years; a US version is offered for pre-order.
