DESCRIPTION
NEYA is an Industrial-Robot from m2nxt. It is built for Heavy-Load-Transportation, Intralogistics, Material-Handling. Key figures: 110 kg, 480 min runtime, 2500 kg payload.
NEYA is a series of autonomous mobile robots that m2nxt builds for Indian shop floors. The robots move material from raw stock to finished parts without a driver and connect to plant ERP and MES systems for demand-triggered, tracked deliveries. The series has three variants. Neya T is a tugger that pulls single or multiple trolleys, with payload classes of 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 and 2.5 tonnes and manual hitch or automatic unhitch. Neya P is a tunneling unit-load carrier in the same payload classes that moves pallets between assembly lines and stores. Neya C is a configurable base that carries a cobot, a conveyor or a custom top module. The robots navigate by SLAM with 2D/3D LiDAR, travel at up to 1.2 m/s with a position accuracy of about 20 mm, and run 8 or 14 hours on lithium-ion or LFP batteries that can be charged manually, by auto-docking or by battery swap. Safety equipment includes a safety LiDAR, 3D camera, safety PLC, safe torque off, emergency stop and electromagnetic brakes. The tug and P bases measure 1,000 x 695 mm and are rated IP52.
