NaviGO is a Mobile-Robots from Muvro. It is built for Loading, Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation. Key figures: 650 kg, 720 min runtime, 2000 kg payload.

NaviGO is Muvro's mother-child pallet shuttle for high-density automated pallet storage. A powered aisle cart, the mother shuttle, travels along the aisle carrying a battery-powered child shuttle, which drives into deep storage lanes to deposit or retrieve pallets. Vertical lifts called eLifts move pallets between levels, and buffer conveyors at each level let lifts and shuttles work in parallel. The mother shuttle runs at up to 3 m/s with 2,000 kg capacity and +/-1 mm positioning, while the child shuttle carries 500 kg at 1.1 m/s empty and 0.8 m/s loaded with +/-20 mm accuracy. The shuttle unit measures 2,400 x 1,450 x 600 mm and weighs 650 kg (750 kg for NaviGO-Pro). Child shuttles use 48 V LiFePO4 batteries of 24 or 48 Ah that charge from 10 to 90 percent in about an hour and give 12 hours of running time. Control is by a Siemens S7 PLC over Profinet, with Wenglor laser distance sensors, collision detection and emergency stops. Lanes reach about 45 m deep and racking can exceed 40 m in height, with 0.914 m shuttle aisles. A cold version works from -30 to +5 C. Muvro targets FMCG, e-commerce, cold storage, automotive, pharmaceutical and 3PL warehouses.
