DESCRIPTION
MEGLAN-T is a Military from Tardid Technologies. It is built for Navigation, Reconnaissance, Security.
MEGLAN-T is an AI-driven unmanned surface vessel from Tardid Technologies for maritime intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), patrol and tactical missions in naval and coastal zones. The design is a twin-hull craft with a raised sensor arch carrying warning beacons and antennas, driven by an outboard motor. The vessel runs on Tardid's Brainbox AI core, which manages a modular payload of EO/IR cameras, radar, GPS/RTK positioning, compass, wind sensors and propulsion controllers. It navigates autonomously under a hierarchical control model that layers mission planning, tactical decisions and reactive control, avoids collisions in line with COLREG rules, and can operate beyond line of sight. A shore mission-control interface shows vessel status, sensor feeds and alerts, and lets operators re-task the boat or take manual control. A digital twin mirrors the vessel's state during missions. The onboard ISR software is aimed at detecting dark vessels without AIS, AIS spoofing, illegal fishing, piracy, smuggling, fast attack boats and man-overboard incidents. Tardid says the MEGLAN went on trial with forces in India and the GCC in 2024; it publishes no dimensions, speed or endurance figures.
