DESCRIPTION
IRA3 is an Industrial-Robot from Inatoz Robotics. It is built for Machine-Tending, Material-Handling, Pick-and-place. Key figures: 240 kg, 5 kg payload, 3 degrees of freedom.
The IRA3 is a three-axis servo-driven take-out robot from Inatoz Robotics that mounts on top of a plastic injection moulding machine. It reaches down into the open mould, removes the moulded part (and, with an optional second vertical arm, the runner) and places it on a conveyor or at another set location. Inatoz describes it as an indigenously developed product. All three linear axes are driven by AC servo motors. The series is built in seven sizes, IRA3-60-120 to IRA3-120-180, matched to machines from 40 to 450 tonnes clamping force. Depending on size the traverse stroke is 1,200 to 1,800 mm, the vertical stroke 600 to 1,200 mm and the crosswise stroke 450 to 700 mm, with a maximum load of 3 to 5 kg, a minimum pick time of 1.3 to 1.6 s and a minimum cycle time of 5.2 to 6.8 s. The robots weigh 240 to 330 kg, run on 5-6 bar compressed air for their vacuum and gripper circuits and come with two or three vacuum and three or four gripper circuits as standard. Options in the model code include a double vertical (runner) arm, a movable crosswise axis, a two-stage telescopic vertical arm and a Euromap 12 or 67 interface to the moulding machine. It works with two-plate and three-plate moulds. A five-axis version, the IRA5, adds servo-driven wrist axes and a 90-degree flip cylinder.
