GEBHARDT InstaPick modular robotic storage and picking system

DESCRIPTION

InstaPick is an Industrial-Robot from GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group. It is built for Intralogistics, Inventory, Picking.

InstaPick is GEBHARDT's modular, entry-level robotic storage system, launched at LogiMAT in Stuttgart. Robots navigate an intelligent grid above simple line racks up to 12 m high, moving along the x and z axes to store and retrieve containers single- or multi-deep, and deliver them to a flexible workstation - without vertical conveyors or complex conveyor technology, which keeps floor space and investment low. Workstations can be linked by GEBHARDT conveyors or by KARIS AMRs, which take containers at fixed transfer points in the outermost rack row. Built from standard components for easy commissioning and maintenance, InstaPick gives direct access to every container without relocation and scales with demand; it won first place among the German materialfluss products of the year 2025.
