DESCRIPTION
DairyRobot R9500 is an Agricultural-Robots from GEA. It is built for Agriculture, Service, Automated voluntary dairy milking with udder-health monitoring.
The GEA DairyRobot R9500 is a single-box automatic milking robot for voluntary milking, which GEA says suits herds and barns of all sizes, installed as one box or several side by side. Cows walk in when they choose, around the clock, in free, partly guided or fully guided cow traffic, and the box also supports group milking at fixed times. A 3D camera locates the teats so the milking cluster is placed under the udder in a single movement, and GEA's In-Liner Everything process keeps cleaning, stimulation, fore-milking, milking and dipping inside the liner. Each quarter is milked individually; options include the DairyMilk M6850 per-quarter cell-count sensor, an adjustable box size and the PedicoSprayer hoof-care spray while the cow is still in the box. GEA says its 5.3 m2 footprint and low box height make it the most compact milking robot on the market, saving up to 40 % of space in multi-box layouts. The Edition 2021 version cut energy use by up to 19 % against its predecessor, confirmed in DLG tests, and plug-in service modules keep downtime short. A 100-year anniversary edition is due at EuroTier 2026.
