The Autonomous Pallet Jack is a driverless pallet truck from Hachidori Robotics that picks up, carries and sets down standard palletised loads in warehouses and factories. It replaces manually driven electric pallet jacks and works alongside people on the same floor. The robot receives move tasks from a WMS or ERP system, plans its own route and navigates with Hachidori's patented WiNN wireless positioning combined with sensor fusion, so no floor markers or magnetic strips are needed. It handles Euro and CHEP pallets, can rotate in place for narrow aisles, and feeds pallet conveyors, racking infeed points and staging lanes. Safety comes from a 2D LiDAR and 3D depth camera with Cat0 emergency stop and Cat1 controlled stop, plus a crash bumper, tower lamp and emergency stop buttons. The current specification table lists payload variants of 1,500 and 2,000 kg, a top speed of 1.5 m/s and a 48 V LiFePO4 battery with manual charging or hot-swapping. Typical jobs are goods-in, replenishment, line supply, conveyor infeed and outfeed, dispatch staging and empty-pallet collection.
