DESCRIPTION
ASPINA Delta Robot is a Delta-Robot from ASPINA (Shinano Kenshi). It is built for Pick-and-place, Inspection, Automated visual inspection, 360-degree / six-face imaging, adhesive dispensing. Key figures: 15 kg, 3 kg payload.
The ASPINA Delta Robot is a compact parallel-link delta robot for automating manual factory steps such as visual inspection of parts and products and adhesive dispensing. Its integrated frame has the controller built in, so it installs quickly in little space, and it is programmed through an intuitive visual programming interface on a PC or tablet, with force-mode teaching. It works within a 280 mm-diameter by 350 mm XYZ envelope, with an optional theta axis, carries up to 3 kg, moves at up to 300 mm/s and repeats to +/-50 micrometres. Its belt drive can press with up to 170 N in the Z direction. The robot measures 495 x 433 x 740 mm, weighs about 15 kg with the controller, and runs on 24 V DC. It has 11 digital inputs, 11 digital outputs, RS485, LAN and USB-C, and two external options can be connected. Work packages combine it with robot hands, actuators, cameras, lighting and turntables; for example, a camera, turntable and hand that flips the part let it photograph all six faces of a workpiece. ASPINA uses it in its own production for adhesive application, and it is available for loan or rental.
