Muratec ALPHABOT 3D robot warehousing system

DESCRIPTION

ALPHABOT is a Mobile-Robots from Muratec. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Picking.

ALPHABOT is Muratec's three-dimensional robot warehousing system: an integrated goods-to-person (G2P) system in which robot carriages called BOTs do all of the storage, transport, sorting and picking work. Each BOT moves horizontally across the floor and vertically up the storage structure by itself, so it can reach every storage location and every picking station. That removes the conveyors, vertical lifts and other equipment normally needed to bring goods to workers, which helps maintenance and redundancy, and lets one system handle picking by order. Storage racks, workstations and other parts are designed as modules, so capacity can be expanded by adding units together with more robot carriages as demand grows.

FEATURES
