DESCRIPTION
A 50v is a Consumer-Robot from STIGA. It is built for Service, Autonomous lawn mowing with virtual boundaries, sports fields and large estates. Key figures: 13.3 kg, 210 min runtime, price £2,999–£3,399.
The STIGA A 50v is a wire-free robotic lawn mower for very large residential and professional lawns of up to 5,000 m2. Instead of a boundary cable it navigates by quad-band RTK-GPS with STIGA's Active Guidance System and an AI-integrated camera (VISTA) that recognises lawn, edges and obstacles in real time, and the working area, up to 30 zones and no-go areas are drawn in the STIGA.GO app. It mows a cutting width of 26 cm with 6 pivoting blades at 2400 rpm, height set electrically between 20-65 mm, in organised patterns such as parallel stripes, chessboard or a dense grid, and climbs slopes of up to 50%. Lift, tilt, rain and obstacle sensors, an app lock and theft alert are standard; STIGA lists the remote-control and geo-tracking connectivity as 'included for 10 years'. A 25.2 V 10 Ah battery gives up to 210 min of mowing per cycle and recharges in 150 min. The mower measures 713 x 542 x 332 mm and weighs 13.25 kg without its battery. STIGA's UK shop lists it at GBP 2,999 (regular GBP 3,399).
