What robots cost: Robot Price Index, Q4 2026
Most robot makers do not publish a price. This edition collects every robot in the RobotAIGeek catalogue whose regular US list price we could confirm on the maker's store, an authorised seller or the press on 14 October 2026, and shows what those prices say about the market.

of the 4,760 robots in our catalogue have a public US list price we could verify (162 robots from 34 makers).

Methodology
- Prices were checked on 14 October 2026 against the maker's own store or price page, an authorised retailer, or press coverage of the launch, and each source is listed in the dataset.
- The index uses the regular list price (MSRP), never a temporary sale price, so editions stay comparable.
- Only prices published in US dollars are included; prices in other currencies are not converted.
- Discontinued models, quote-only products and figures we could not trace to a source are left out.
- Each robot is counted in its most specific category; price ranges use the lowest list price of the model's variants.
