The VLC30/40 is a counterbalance mobile robot from i-Cow (Muniu Liuma), an autonomous forklift that handles pallets without straddle legs, so it can pick from floor, racks and truck beds like a manned counterbalance truck. It is rated for 3,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, lifts to 3000 mm, weighs 4,500 kg and measures 3,115 x 1,300 x 2,650 mm. Its forks measure 50 x 135 x 1000 mm (thickness x width x length). It travels at up to 1.5 m/s with ±10 mm positioning accuracy and a minimum turning radius of 2038 mm, runs on a 48 V, 315 Ah battery, and is dispatched with i-Cow's other AGVs through its multi-vehicle scheduling system, which runs mixed fleets on one shared map and supports the VDA 5050 interface.
