The TURBO 3 is IMS Robotics' proven main sewer cutting robot for all cutting work in main sewers from DN 200 to DN 600, driven by an extremely powerful air motor. Its self-propelled carriage, 180 mm in outer diameter, carries a milling arm with 400-degree electric rotation, about 90 degrees of swivel and an extra cutting-motor swivel, and it can be combined with the IMS MULTISAN rehabilitation system and with SCHWALM or UHRIG installation packers. A swivelling colour camera with two LED spotlights and three wiper blades, nozzles for camera cleaning and tool cooling, an integrated tilt sensor and a reverse-driving sensor make the work easier, while pneumatic stabilisation and permanent nitrogen pressure monitoring keep it steady and dry. The carriage measures about 1100 x 170 x 200 mm and weighs about 70 kg; it is fed from a cable drum with 100 m of supply hose.
