The VLB30 is a heavy-duty wide-leg stacker mobile robot from i-Cow (Muniu Liuma), an autonomous forklift that lifts pallets onto racks and conveyors and picks them back down. It is rated for 3,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre, lifts to 2000 mm, weighs 2,500 kg and measures 2,417 x 1,660 x 2,399 mm. Its forks measure 50 x 130 x 1200 mm (thickness x width x length). It travels at up to 1.5 m/s with ±10 mm positioning accuracy and a minimum turning radius of 2075 mm, runs on a 24 V, 210 Ah battery, and is dispatched with i-Cow's other AGVs through its multi-vehicle scheduling system, which runs mixed fleets on one shared map and supports the VDA 5050 interface.
