The SZGH-HZ2050-10K is a long-reach six-axis arc-welding robot from ShenZhen GuanHong Automation, the 2050 mm sibling of the HZ1500-10K. It carries 10 kg over a 2050 mm reach with ±0.03 mm repeatability and weighs about 205 kg, with an IP65-rated body and IP67 wrist, a built-in Ø8 mm air line and 16 inputs / 16 outputs for the user. SZGH pitches the extra reach at large workpieces, long seams and multi-station cells such as structural steel, automotive frames and big sheet-metal enclosures, and lists MIG/MAG, TIG, pulse, spot and laser welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass.
