ROKAE's SCARA series is the company's four-axis assembly range, built for the work SCARA geometry does best: fast, repeatable vertical pick-and-place over a planar working area. The series covers 5 kg payloads across a 650 mm reach. The four-axis arrangement — rather than the six of an articulated arm — is what makes it quick: fewer joints to move means shorter cycle times on the high-repetition assembly and material handling tasks it is aimed at, in electronics and light manufacturing.
