The NarGoF300 is the 300 kg model of TWINNY's NarGoF family of low-profile factory robots, designed as a base for customized automation in production environments. It automates repetitive transport of heavy materials, cutting labour costs and improving workplace safety, and both its features and hardware can be customized - TWINNY shows it carrying a collaborative robot arm, a roll-cage container and an added 3D LiDAR mast. Two 2D LiDARs at opposite corners give 360-degree obstacle detection and a bumper stops it on contact. The platform measures 820 x 622 x 330 mm, carries 300 kg at up to 1.5 m/s, and runs up to 8 hours on a 50.4 V, 36 Ah lithium-ion battery with automatic or manual charging in under 3 hours; it crosses steps of +/-6 mm and gaps of 30 mm and works at 5-40 C, up to 80% humidity and 100-1,000 lx.
