The Moov 2PRO is JOZ's fully automatic feed pusher robot, suitable for any barn. At set times, day and night, it drives the feed alley and its electrically driven stainless-steel drum pushes roughage back to the feed fence, so cows, including lower-ranking animals, always have fresh feed within reach; JOZ links this to less sorting, calmer herds, higher feed intake and more visits to the milking robot. It travels at up to 12 m per minute on two hypoid-geared drive motors with profiled wheels and a front castor, following transponders hidden in the floor along an unlimited number of routes for different groups, and can turn either way and return along the same path. The robot stands 1,013 mm high with a 1,140 mm drum and weighs 680 kg. Options lift the skirt by up to 70 mm to cross thresholds and climb slopes of up to 15 %, and open and close electric barn doors; schedules, parking and pause functions are set through J-Touch or the JOZ Management System.
