LYON BOY (model HT-VDSM-10/20) is HITO's compact lifting AMR for moving racks, carts and goods in factories and warehouses. It drives under a load, lifts it by up to 60 mm and carries up to 500 kg at up to 1.5 m/s, on a chassis of 750 x 500 x 285 mm weighing 80 kg. It can navigate by magnetic tape, optical, laser, visual or inertial guidance or a hybrid of these, with guidance accuracy of +/-10 mm, docking accuracy of +/-5 mm and stopping accuracy of +/-10 mm, and its safety sensors cover a 270-degree field. Fleets are dispatched by HITO's scheduling software, which links to WMS and MES systems.
