The RXR-M40L attacks fire from above. A four-stage telescopic arm lifts its water cannon fifteen metres, each stage controllable separately, and the upper arm rotates 35.5 degrees on top of the cannon's own tilt — so it can put water over a wall, into an upper storey or down into a tank from outside the danger area. At 6.3 tonnes and up to 7 metres long it is the heaviest thing in the catalogue and the only one on electric wheel drive rather than tracks, powered by a DC drive system working with hydraulics, with hydraulic legs on both sides that deploy and level with one key. It runs six hours of firefighting on a 40 L/s cannon reaching 65 metres at 0.8 MPa, and it can be driven either on a wired link or wirelessly to 1000 metres, with a separate emergency control at 15 metres for close work. An onboard toolbox carries the hoses.
