EROLLER 10 is a model in Oppent's EROLLER family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. The largest EROLLER, a 3 x 2 m vehicle that carries loads up to 2,500 x 1,700 mm and 700 kg (1,000 kg maximum) on a 48-roller deck and runs 14 hours per charge.\nPer its datasheet it measures 3,000 x 2,010 x 650 mm, weighs 1,036 kg without batteries and carries 700 kg nominal (1,000 kg maximum) on powered roller deck 1,500 x 1,000 mm at 500 mm height (48 rollers). It uses double-trike omnidirectional drive (2 x 700 W), travels at up to 1.4 m/s and climbs 3% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 14 hours on a Lithium NMC 24 V 370 Ah battery with 3 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick microScan3 (PLd) laser scanners, sensitive edges, 5 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
