DYNO ATMAN is a series of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) made by RobotoAI Technologies in Coimbatore for carrying loads inside factories and warehouses. The low, flat-topped robots drive under or carry racks, carts, pallets and fixtures, and the range spans the 100 kg AT100, the 250 kg AT250, the 650 kg AT650 and the 1,000 kg HAT1000. All models navigate with two 2D laser scanners giving 360-degree protection and a front AI depth camera, turn on the spot, and reach a stated positioning accuracy of plus or minus 2 mm at docking points. They run on 48 V lithium iron phosphate batteries for 8 to 10 hours, recharge in 2 to 3 hours by auto-dock or manual charging (battery swapping optional on the larger models), connect over dual-band Wi-Fi and exchange signals with a factory PLC through 4 digital inputs and outputs. Top speed ranges from 1.5 m/s on the AT100 to 1.1 m/s on the AT650 and HAT1000, and all are rated IP52 for indoor use. RobotoAI targets bobbin and fabric-roll transport in textile mills, warehouse logistics, line-side delivery in automotive plants, energy facilities and heavy-component moves that would otherwise need a forklift.
