The Dolly Mover is the lightest robot in Bluepath Robotics' range, built by the Istanbul, Turkey manufacturer to move dollies and pallets up to 300 kg through narrow aisles. A ground-lift function picks the dolly up rather than pushing it, which suits the high-frequency small-part transfers of a lean production system. At 400 mm wide it fits aisles that block a full-size AMR, travels at up to 1.2 m/s, and navigates by natural SLAM with Bluepath's standard safety package — so it needs no floor magnets or reflectors to be added to an existing plant.
