Cart 3 is Caja Robotics' fast transport and picking robot for goods-to-person order fulfilment. It carries Eurobox bins between shelves and picking workstations, reaching up to 2,000 mm (bottom of bin), and handles horizontal warehouse optimisation while the tall Skyler robots handle vertical storage and replenishment, all coordinated as a swarm by Caja's cloud-based software with time-aware 4D navigation. It has an 845 x 465 mm footprint, weighs 100 kg, travels at up to 3 m/s, runs up to 15 hours per charge and carries bins of up to 30 kg, operating from 4 to 40 C. It works with standard shelving, different bin materials and sizes and existing floors, uses its sensors to queue autonomously at picking stations, and carries safety sensors and mechanisms.
