Actroid SURはKokoroのHumanoidです。 カスタマーサービス、案内、マーケティング向けに設計されています。
Actroid SUR is a seated reception robot that greets visitors at a counter. It needs only the space of a seated person and runs on household power, using electric motors rather than Kokoro's air servo. It turns its head, nods, opens its mouth, blinks and bows from the waist. A dedicated PC runs the system, which can link with existing guidance systems, and a counter touch panel shows guidance that staff can update. Voice recognition can hold conversations in Japanese and English, and clothing can be changed.
